The first segment of our Eksteen Fighting Crow Karate International Dojo Championships took place this September 2025, delivering an action-packed day of skill, spirit, and sportsmanship. Our members showcased incredible talent and dedication, while parents and supporters filled the venue with energy and pride.

This annual event serves as our organization’s official preliminary test leading up to our most anticipated year-end competition the 21st Anniversary “Battle in the Bush” Contact Karate Championships Series, taking place in December 2025.

As the Head and Founder of our organization, and the World President, I proudly authorize the awarding of our National Colors to those who secure first place on the podium at these prestigious annual championships  a symbol of true excellence and commitment.

💬 A Message from the Founder

I want to take this opportunity to make something clear:
For several years now, our organization has remained fully independent, separate from all local or national “affiliates,” so-called governing bodies, or any other dojo networks.

This decision was not made lightly. After serving as Chairperson for SASCOC, Limpopo All Styles Karate, and participating in Karate South Africa (KSA) since 1999, I witnessed firsthand the rise of corrupt sporting politics individuals and groups who act as if they are the ultimate authority in sport, often to the detriment of dedicated Karateka across the country.

After more than two decades of involvement, I drew the line.
I refused to allow our members’ passion and potential to be hindered by politics, bias, and mismanagement.

Today, we stand proudly as an independent, international fraternity, connected with our global brothers and sister dojos whose lineage and legacy date back to the 1960s. Together, we uphold the true spirit of Karate honor, respect, discipline, and unity.

As we prepare for our 21st Anniversary “Battle in the Bush” Championships in December 2025, we do so with renewed purpose and pride.
Our mission remains clear to empower Karateka, nurture excellence, and preserve the integrity of our art for generations to come.
