About The Training

Our MMA Boot Camp classes have been going on for over 11 years and are really most awesome. Classes are carefully designed for the individual whom firstly enjoys getting up at the crack of dawn ready to take on a most vigorous workout.

Combining major Stand up combat tactics such as Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Boxing which is practiced 99% on bag work. These sessions are then also combined with most intense fitness routines guaranteeing the member an insane workout of note.

An absolute MUST for Ladies and Men who want to get into shape, learn to defend themselves as well as having fun and reducing stress levels.
